This project was all about giving a fresh face to Cendrol’s digital presence. The challenge was to redesign their landing page so that it not only looked modern but also made it easy for users to explore their services and get in touch. Over the course of one weeks, I worked end-to-end on this project, from research to the final high-fidelity designs. As the sole designer on this project, it gave me a chance to take full ownership and craft a direction that combined both business goals and user needs.
Project Context
Cendrol Construction is a service provider that takes care of building homes, renovating commercial spaces, and working with architects and professionals to bring designs to life. The existing website had great content but lacked structure. Their online presence was not reflecting the professionalism and expertise of the brand. I was responsible for conducting research, building a clear user flow, creating a persona, structuring the information architecture, and designing a clean, responsive landing page using Figma.

Problem
The main problem was that users were struggling to find the information they wanted. Services were scattered, and the outdated visuals made the site look less trustworthy. This was particularly important for Cendrol because most of their clients rely on trust and first impressions when making decisions.
During my initial review and user conversations, I kept hearing the same type of feedback:
“It’s hard to quickly find the specific service information I’m looking for. It’s overwhelming.”
Goals
Business Goals:
Create a professional, visually modern homepage that builds credibility.
Simplify the structure so that users can quickly inquire about services.
Reduce bounce rates and improve conversion rates by making CTAs easy to find.
User Goals:
Find relevant services without spending time clicking everywhere.
Understand what makes Cendrol trustworthy.
Easily get in touch to request a consultation or quote.
Process
Discovery and Research
I started with competitor analysis and looked at construction and real estate websites that users trusted. I also interviewed a few people who fit similar to Cendrol’s client profiles: homeowners building their dream house, investors planning commercial spaces, and architects looking for reliable partners.
The insights were clear:
Keep services grouped and clear.
Use visuals to build trust.
Make CTAs visible but not pushy.
Ideation
With these insights, I sketched quick layouts on paper before moving to low-fidelity wireframes. I wanted to ensure that the information hierarchy was simple: What Cendrol does, Why people should trust them, and How to contact them. These three became the backbone of the structure.
Design Evolution
From wireframes, I moved to mid-fidelity screens where I added basic typography, grid, and spacing. During reviews, I realized the importance of keeping visuals modern but also lightweight for performance. In high fidelity, I refined the typography (Nexa and Michroma), introduced a neutral color palette with pops of accent colors, and made sure the page adapted seamlessly between desktop and mobile.
Iterations and Decisions
In the first version, I added a dynamic scrolling hero section, but feedback suggested that it slowed down the experience. I decided to drop it for a faster-loading, clean static hero. Small iterations such as adjusting CTA placements and improving the contrast in text sections came from feedback during quick usability tests.
Final Solution
The final homepage has a structured flow. Visitors first see a clear message about what Cendrol offers, followed by sections on their services, testimonials to build trust, and a bold yet simple CTA section for inquiries. The design works equally well on mobile and desktop.
Clear navigation and logical flow.
Highlights credibility using visuals and testimonials.
Visible CTAs that guide users without overwhelming them.

Impact and Results
While this project was a redesign concept, it demonstrated how a structured, user-focused approach can transform a brand’s digital experience. In similar redesigns, these strategies have helped reduce bounce rates and increase user engagement significantly. The process and final designs received positive feedback for their clean approach, clear layout, and professional tone.
Reflection and Learnings
This project taught me how much clarity and hierarchy matter when working in industries where trust is the deciding factor. One of the challenges was balancing a modern aesthetic with performance constraints. In the future, I’d like to involve development discussions earlier to push designs that are both engaging and highly optimized.
