Sep' 25 - Present
I design and ship features across the full Repos ecosystem including Customer, Operator, Admin, Partner and Care apps, along with the website. Most of my work starts with research, mapping how customers, partners, operators and internal teams actually use these products, then turning those insights into clear UX decisions. I work closely with PMs, engineers and leadership to shape flows that scale and stay usable even in a fast-moving startup environment. I also led the complete redesigns of the Operator App and Repos Care App, using usability findings to fix friction points and rebuild the experience from the ground up.

Led the digital transformation for Repos Energy, an Indian startup backed by Mr. Ratan Tata sir. Improved apps and websites, reducing user complaints and expanding the customer base. Enhanced user experience by simplifying designs and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Achieved business goals and reported to multiple project managers and developers.

UX/UI Designer Lead at Google DSC, MET
As the UI/UX Design lead at Google Developer Students Club, I led workshops, organized design hackathons, and provided career guidance to 400+ students. This role enhanced my creativity, problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills, enriching my UI/UX design and communication expertise.

UX/UI Design Intern at Orads
During my internship at Orads, I led app research, prototyping, and usability testing, facilitating a smooth transition to Figma from Adobe XD. I collaborated with project managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to champion human-centric design, concluding with a presentation to the design team.
